If you’re not concerned with how fast your website loads, or how long it takes your customers to buy from you, then you may not care about speed, or bandwidth, or disk size. We had an agreement that they would provide me with a service of unlimited space and bandwidth for 1 year. I paid the account in full for 1 year. I still have 2+ months on that agreement. Service switched to lowest Tier service (Business Class) and being billed for another year starting this month. Numerous e-mails/chats later no resolution.
