I have been with hostluck for 3-4 months now. The uptime is very good compare to other host I have tried. The support takes 2-3 hrs to answer tickets, but recently they have increased staff so I think they would increase their speed to minutes. When I ordered the hosting, it was instant in minutes. The tools helped me too. Overall, I’ll recommend the hosting
Hostluck is a disaster.
I could not even get their DNS servers to work, see what ISNIC told me:
Hello Frank,
what “consistent” means, is that the nameserver should be registered
properly, so that when you perform:
nslookup -> you receive an IP address
nslookup -> result includes fqdn of nameserver
You must therefore contact the person who manages the reverse zone for the
ip address range 75.127.68.0 and request that they ADD the following PTR
records:
100 IN PTR ns2.mydosty.com.
98 IN PTR ns1.mydosty.com.
When I asked my money back, HostLuck refused. They also refused to resolve this issue.
When I first found out about HostLuck, I seriously thought it was a scam. No
other web host would do such a thing, which is have very cheap hosting.
Today, I can say I am proud to be getting so much for barely any money.
They’re up and running 24/7, it’s easy to contact support, and much more!
HostLuck is a service I would recommend to anyone who doesn’t want to pay
around $8 a month for hosting. $8 on HostLuck can pretty much pay for a year
of hosting!
Because of this, I highly recommend HostLuck. They are priced at a level
where no one else is and they just have a great service!
When I first saw HostLuck.com I thought there was a catch for $20 dollar reseller hosting, but nope… IT’S TRUE! I’ve suffered with a few problems but there hasn’t been a moment where Dave hasn’t been able to help me with my issues! Thanks for the hosting guys and I hope to be with HostLuck for many domains to come
