It is one of the best free services out there, highly recommended!
Was quite good when it ran smoothly. But don’t dare query their level of customer service, even if it’s with the intention of upgrading to paid hosting. Accounts cancelled without warning or reason. Extensive server downtime lately without reasonable explanation and disgraceful customer service. As they say, you get what you pay for. Avoid.
Do not even consider using their service. For starters, they do not pay their affiliates. They are building their company on stolen traffic. Secondly, they will delete your website with no advance notice, and there is nothing that you can do about it. Also, they do not respond to support requests.
